    Miscellaneous

Please note that any retrofit items or 'extras' on or within a motorhome, whether advertised or not, such as satellite/Tv equipment, microwave ovens, reversing cameras & monitors or alarms, etc, can not be guaranteed.

Dimensions such as height, width or length should only be considered as a reasonable indication of the vehicle cab + body size.
'Width' usually includes miscellaneous fittings that may protrude from the sides of the body (I try to allow for folded mirrors on the cab).
'Height' usually includes any items above the roofline (eg aerial, sat-dish, etc).
'Length' usually includes equipment attached to the rear of the vehicle (eg ladder, cycle rack, towbar, etc).
However, measurements are not done to any guaranteed level of accuracy. If any measurement (internally or externally) is critical with respect to the potential purchase of a vehicle then it is up to the 'customer' to commission such measurements as needed or required to satisfy themselves thereof.

The text 'write-up' or 'specification' as read on any vehicle description page is a basic description of what is 'as seen' whilst recording the details of equipment and layout etc of the vehicle. For instance, if a vehicle has a satellite dish then it will be mentioned in part at least because it contributes to the height measurement of the vehicle regardless of whether there is any associated equipment within the vehicle or regardless of whether the dish and/or associated equipment if there is any, actually works. The 'dish' would be included in the specification basically because it is there!
